Patience

Patience in the grind my friend, it’s what is required with your time. We spoke about the why, the how, and the momentum needed for creating your dreams and goals. Now what? Well I am sorry to say this but patience my friend. Seriously things don’t happen overnight. You don’t lose 10 pounds overnight, you can’t lift 350 after a few weeks. So in the mean time why not just enjoy the journey.

When you wait for things to arrive in your life just have fun. Find little things throughout your day that just make you so happy while you wait for that turkey to get done. That way you can keep that momentum high, and also get to enjoy what you are doing. That’s what it’’s all about after all. Enjoying your own journey while the universe gets ready to meet you. And the way it comes about may be something you didn’t expect.

So after reading about the why, the how, the momentum, and now patience how do you feel that you can apply these processes to your daily life? Do you feel that you need clarity? Or maybe you know certain steps but you have a hard time with accountability? Maybe you lose focus on the things you desire and instead keep trying to create something that happens right away? What is your biggest hold up in your life? Can you tackle it yourself? Or do you need someone to help?

Start a list with the first thing you want to open your waking mind with. My mantra goes like this, I am enough. I forgive myself. Everything I need is within me. Thank you. I celebrate this mantra. Now am currently including I am so happy with everything right now and am eager to see what happens, when I am talking to the universe. Starting there allows me to practice kindness for myself and for others, and to be creative. Then from there I make a list in my head of everything I need to do and get to it. Perhaps I will incorporate it on paper so I can check it off when I accomplish it just for that extra satisfaction.

But all day I practice that high momentum optimism. For a while I was stuck in the dark, felt so low and disconnected from the world. I didn’t feel like I belonged and just complained way too much. Then while watching tiktok I saw a video with a girl who practiced using that mantra for 21 days and I was like damn okay, I’m going to do it. Her before and afters were pretty incredible. You can see a light shining through her eyes after doing it and that was the light switch for me. I decided to dedicate myself to this process as well and everyday it gets better. I am currently on day 6 and I definitely am learning to enjoy this process way more, and am okay with waiting. Which for me has always been my greatest down fall.

Today was a 8.
