Pro-Active
Have you ever created options to a problem? Instead of allowing the problem to persist and end with no solution you instead find alternatives in order to create an answer. When you are proactive you take the subject of action and move the chess pieces around so that you might be able to out do the obstacles. That was my day today.
This day was one of the busiest days I have had in a very long time. I did not rest once today and I figured after all my busyness I would write my blog. It wasn’t until late at night I realized I hadn’t even begun to do it. Over this entire quarantine I have been being proactive about things. I pre-emptively start working on numerous ideas and seeing which ones stick. Some do, some don’t but I keep moving forward positively instead of allowing myself to cave. In the beginning I was sucked down into the stagnation and stuckness but now I find myself getting into things easier and more.
What are some things you can do to be proactive about some situations in your life? Could you wake up earlier? Could you ask for assistance with a project? Could you come up with a few different scenarios regarding a particular event and work baby steps of each to see if any of them help solve the problem? Sometimes it takes us being proactive in order to change things. This puts things into perspective about the work that is needed. Being proactive creates momentum and with that momentum you are able to fly on continuous action.
This one will be short. I literally wanted to write this before bed and before I forgot. I didn’t want one day to pass for me without writing. I am extremely tired so I know it’s not that spectacular but I just wanted to get it done.
Today I was at a 7. It was a long, busy day! YAY. I will post more pictures of my finished project tomorrow and another photo.
